Managing Partner
Haris leads Starting Point's operations across all three service lines. He's also a managing partner at Paradise Dental Care in Paradise, NL, where he runs the business side of the clinic — finance, HR, compliance, and policy. That hands-on experience running a real health practice is exactly what Starting Point brings to every Property, Practice, and Process client.

Kaleem Ahmad
Property, Procurement & Equipment Manager
Kaleem manages property, procurement, and equipment across Starting Point's projects — sourcing materials, coordinating vendors, and keeping job sites running without the growing pains. He holds the same role at Paradise Dental Care, where colleagues know him as a natural people person who keeps things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Lead Carpenter
Kent leads the carpentry crew on every Starting Point renovation, from framing through final trim. He's the hands-on presence on site, keeping projects on schedule and built right the first time.

Mackenzie Moulton
Apprentice Carpenter
Mackenzie is training under Starting Point's carpentry team, learning the trade on real projects from the ground up — a good example of what Starting Point's living-wage, community-first approach is actually for.
